So Jeff has informed me that book 2 is FINALLY complete and in post-production. "The entire process of scanning, cleaning up, and lettering the book is one of the funnest parts of the creative process, to me. It is so hard to resist the temptation and not add any more to the artwork, but once it's scanned, it's done. As you know, I do all of my artwork traditionally, and abhor using Photoshop for anything but cleaning up the pages and an occasional stat. I will be sharing some of the finished stuff here soon, and I hope you all enjoy it as much as I enjoyed creating it."

At this point, Jeff could not confirm an actual shipping date, but did say that "Book 2 will be available for download at many different sites before the actual hard copies hit the stands, so for those of you who just can't wait, you can get your eyes on it as soon as it is done!!!"

Also watch for special promotions and convention news, for as soon as the book is printed, Jeff plans to hit the con scene anew. "I didn't want to do any shows for the last year without having the second book out, and I am planning to do all of the NY/NJ shows, as well as store signings and some other stuff that is in the planning stage."
